Commercial Interiors
As space planning specialists, growing businesses engage our design services to allow for staff and product growth, as well as upgrading of brand and identity to compete in the current market place.
Our interest in structure, its impact on the land and its surroundings has enabled our designs to be based on practicality and function as well as aesthetic. This shows through in work to date, with the use of good detail and practical solutions.
Being involved at the outset of a project with a design team that includes architect, engineer, interior designer, lighting designer and draftsperson has proved highly successful, not only in structural and space planning solutions but also creative versus practical ideas. This team approach not only creates a well resolved and highly creative solution, it also proves to be extremely time and cost effective for all.
Ebbett HQ - Te Rapa
The brief was for a modern industrial interior with a refined gentleman’s club sensibility. Architectural lines and raw elements set the tone, while rich, hand-finished leathers and deep, moody timbers add warmth. The space feels grounded and intimate, layered with character and quiet confidence.
Vintage rugs soften concrete and steel, adding history and texture, while brushed brass accents introduce a subtle gleam that elevates the palette. The result is a tailored environment—masculine yet inviting, timeless yet contemporary.
McCaw Lewis Hamilton
This modern loft-style office design blends raw, authentic materials with contemporary functionality.
The design included steel, leather, and raw timber, creating an environment that's both rugged and refined. Exposed concrete beams, oak floors, and large industrial windows provide an urban, loft-like feel. The design focused on open, airy layouts, with clever use of furniture to create breakout zones.
Industrial-style lighting and sleek metal accents further elevate the space, combining form with function.
